We were staying there from January 10th until March 28th when they threw me out. The first three weeks they harassed me because I have service dogs Larissa the manager talk to me and my husband horrible. She didn't want to rebook us so my husband went on mine yesterday she told me to get out I told her I'd already paid for another week she said she didn't care. She called Police at 12:00 my husband was at work I told her he had to get a truck and come home and help me move stuff. I had a heart attack last year I have an implanted pacemaker and I can't do it by myself. She said she didn't care. Tell me to be out by 2:00 I told her there was no way. My husband came home was on the phone renting a U-Haul she called the police back at 2:20 they put me 70 years old with a bad heart and an implanted pacemaker in handcuffs and was going to take me to jail. I beg her not to do this she finally gave in and said we had until 5:00 my husband has been a member of choice point for over 13 years I have never been treated the way that woman treated me. The reason she wanted us to leave but on Sunday before another person's dog ran out of a room and bit my husband very bad he had to have stitches his hand is so swollen he can barely move it. I talked to choice points they said get the insurance company of the hotel I asked the lady and she cussed me out that's when she decided to call the law and have me locked up.I would not stay in that hotel if you want something decent please keep driving I would not have a pet rat in that hotel. It was so nasty and dirty that after we complained to choice points they had to start cleaning up and doing landscaping not even half the rooms are working they do construction from 7:00 a.m. don't care about anybody. And refused to give me a refund for the week I have already paid for and she won't let me stay I was there for 2 months not once was I offered clean sheets or towels or to clean my room I travel fully supplied Sheetz towels and cleaning supplies my husband works out of town and I travel with him so I take these things with me but that's just bull take my advice do not stay at that hotel does a headless meanest people I have been across on a long time it took everything in me not to lay her out

I booked a room on Saturday night through trip advisor. When I got there the first time the hotel associate told me that my booking wasn't in the system. It may be because I just did it. I came back 30 minutes after, same result. She also told me to trip advisor which I did. Trip advisor call them, she said the same thing to them. I went back in to book it on my own and then the associate told I had to pay her 100$ cash, no card. There's some real sceem going on there.
