Sleep Inn & Suites - Coliseum Area

It is suppose to be quiet time as posted throughout the hotel from 10p-7al.tell me why the guest in 316 playing football, having a WWE match and was having a track meet from 9:48p-2:15a. And started back at 6:24a stomping hard as they walk. I called front desk at least 5xs and nothing was done. This is the worst experience I had at a Sleep Inn Nearby activities: Good restaurants right around the corner

I must say....I rolled my eyes when my company booked me here. Most of the Sleep Inns Ive stayed in havent been great. This one is very very different. The staff is great, very polite and jovial. Lobby is clean, Bright and airy. The Breakfast area, the same. The room is your normal hotel room except these are clean. I mean clean clean. I was stuck here for 4 days, I enjoy walking around in socks when Im relaxing. My white socks were spotless. The bathroom was clean and updated. The whole place just felt fresh. I honestly was so happy with my stay here. They're doing a great job. I dont book hotels for whats around it unless I'm on vacation. This was a work trip and I saw a bunch of restaurants nearby and actually within walking distance.

Stayed for one night. Room was really clean. Stayed on the 2nd floor, next time will stay on the 3rd floor because there were some kids above us that were making alot of thumping noise but thats not the hotels fault, I didnt complain. Shower got nice and hot and had alot of water pressure; which is always a plus for me. Room nice and spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Didnt get up for breakfast, so I cant speak on that. Will here stay again!

Do not use the vending machine. They are very overpriced and then once they give you a damaged product you are informed that they don't refund or do anything to return your money or give u an undamaged product. Basically these establishments are thieves and the breakfast is garbage. Food & drinks: They overcharge and give u drinks that are already open and flat

Hotel seems relatively new. Rooms are nice and front desk staff was good. Breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other Sleep Inns I have been to. It was not attended to well. The bottle for the syrup by the waffle machines were empty and there was nobody to ask in the kitchen area to refill them. Typically breakfast is monitored a lot better so this kind of thing doesnt happen. Who wants a waffle with no syrup? To be fair it appeared the single front desk person was also responsible for monitoring the breakfast area, which would be too much for anyone to handle. Maybe they were just short staffed this particular morning? Probably would try another similarly priced hotel in this area before Id stay here again. However it was an okay experience! Food & drinks: Breakfast not great
