        Pitiful customer service, dingy DIRTY rooms never stayed at a clarion with such apathetic LAZY staff. Staff lying about customer requests and only having one associate on duty to assist. If you KNOW any better, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY to come here. Spend the extra and go elsewhere.. But not surprised by the looks of the hotel and staff

        I came back for a 2nd stay only because the bed was nice and comfortable. I love the size of the tv very seeable and the breakfast choice is great. The staff very rude and unprofessional if I didnt have to deal with them I would have given this hotel 4 stars. The name of the hotel is nice the photos are nice but dont be fooled because you get what you pay for in this area of town. Rooms: I feel they should be in better shape than they are, paint spots all over the door and the tub stopped and isnt draining.

        If I could give this place 0 stars I would. As soon as me and my boyfriend walked into his moms room her phone rung and the man at the front desk said that we was not allowed in there that only the 2 that brung her there could be the only ones to come see her. This is not an assisted living this is a hotel so therefore anyone can come see her as she pleases
