I just love this Hotel! I've stayed here a week with family for vacation and it has been a good experience. First of all, the rooms are clean comfy and nice. Service was good, nice staff. The location had to be the best! You could just walk to the waffle house and it was a couple miles away from the city which had a fun mall right beside the convention center. I loved staying here it was a good time. Rooms: Very nice and comfy rooms. Nearby activities: Right beside many nice restraunts for Breakfast lunch and dinner its even beside a Celebration station with Go karts arcade games lazer tag and more. Safety: Good cleaning, the fire alarm went off randomly during my stay and the response from the fire department was quick. Food & drinks: A nice little shop on the first floor offering drinks and snacks along with free cookies on the counter almost daily.

Update: review moved from 2 to 4 stars, as management called after receiving the feedback to apologize and make the situation right. As I still had to deal with the situation to begin with I can't give 5 stars, but I appreciate Management reaching out to rectify this situation. I have been a long time Hilton customer for both business and personal. I have NEVER had a worse experience than I did at this hotel. After a long day of travel I arrived late in the evening, during check in I was never asked for ID or my CC, simply gave the employee my name and they gave me a key to a room. On arriving at the room I first noticed that it was a double queen and not a king, the second thing I noticed was the person who was already in the room on the second bed. I returned to the front desk to have to wait for another customer with an issue, I explained to the clerk what happened, he said I was supposed to be in room 231, he then gave me a key to that room which was, fortunately, unoccupied. On the second night I had finished a 14 hour day with a client, grabbed food on my way back to find that my key did not work, returned to the desk again and let the employee know, they found that NO ONE was checked in to my room at all, they then started working on the computer and told me that it would be $169, however this had all been paid through my agency, I explained this and gave them my confirmation number which they were able to locate and put me into the correct room with my belongings. I was finally able to eat my cold food and go immediately to bed after dealing with this issue for 30 minutes. Now I am working on my expense report and find that they never sent me a receipt, I called yesterday and requested one be sent, it never was. Called again today they sent it immediately, only to find its only for the one night, checking my CC statement I see two separate charges on my card for the stay rather than one single one for my full stay, attempted to call back again only ti have no one pick up. The first two times I was at least asked if they could put me on hold, only to do so before I could even respond. I will likely be returning to work with my client in the future, but will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
