Do not rent here. Mistakenly came at 5pm instead of 5:30pm, GM Wasif was absolutely rude with a terrible attitude throughout the experience, it wasnt until I started to match his attitude he finally calmed down. He drove the trucks like a bat out of hell because he was angry, honked at me to get out of the way when there was nowhere else for me to go. Terrible, terrible customer service and demeanor. Also, they do not do 24/7 pick up as advertised.

This place was GREAT to work with! I had so many changes to my original reservation (not having ever done this before), but they were flexible and accommodating and friendly during the whole the process. As a woman doing this alone, I felt very well taken care of and never like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would definitely recommend this place. I certainly do not understand the bad reviews.
