They let me reserve a truck YESTERDAY and then when I got to the place they told me they hadn't had a truck in weeks and to call another place. We call it and they send us to another place where they do have a truck and to call a 1800 # to change the reservation location. The 1800 # then tells us we need a # of some sort??? And that since we don't have that # they need to get a case manager and that they'd call us back in TWO HOURS. Needless to say we just got a Uhaul. Very stressful on my already stressful move-in day.

I went to swap a vehicle I rented the day prior at the airport. Initially, they told me that there were no cars available. However, after I told them I was returning a mini van, there was magically a car available. After we go and check the two cars available, they both stink and I decide to go to another location to swap instead. However, the person said the swap was already done regardless of whether I wanted the vehicle or not, and there was nothing I can do. When I go to mention that this wasn't done with full consent, they told me I can get an Uber and go to a different location. Horrible service, horrible people. Stay far, far away from this location. It's better to rent at the airport a few miles away than from this place.
