Used them several times, the trucks and storage units are good and staff is nice, but every single time we had to wait for 1h to get the truck. There is only one person for everything (checking in, getting trucks out, etc) so customers are just waiting in line forever.

Do not rent from these people unless youre prepared to pay double the rate of what they quote you. Environmental fees plus a $25 cleaning fee for a handful of dirt etc. etc. you will be nickeled and dimmed..

I rented a truck and informed the Rep. all the information that was needed (even return time) so that way they can inform me of the price to pay upfront. NOT ONCE did the Rep. inform me that there will be an "After Hours" charge when dropping the keys in the drop box. If I was informed of this to begin with, instead of reading "the contract" (half a dozen people don't read), I would be fine with it. One star BECAUSE when I called today to see what that extra charge was about (NOT EVEN with the intent to get my money back, just information) after informing me, I was letting the Rep. know that it would've been great if the in-person Rep. informed me about the "After-Hours" charge, as I was explaining why that's wrong for the company NOT to inform the customers about hidden charges, the phone Rep. was talking over me, and they didn't want to stop talking and hear the paying customer. I HAD to talk over her because she isn't letting me speak, and SHE informed me that I was being loud & abusive......yeah, careful! Companies hire disrespecting people! This wasn't even about a refund, just information, I got it and was just letting the Rep. know it was bad practice to NOT inform your customers all information involving financing.

Dra was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. The truck was ready and clean, no issues with pick-up or drop off.
