Outstanding customer service!! Trucks galore! My first time ever picking up a rental truck that had a full tank of gas already! Doors locked and there was a lock on the back lift gate door! Really felt like my things were protected. Its the little things as a customer that makes a place great! And the young man that checked me out was so professional! Best Uhaul location in the Carolinas!!!

I showed up @ 5 o'clock. When I arrived there was a sign on the door. They say out back watching me the whole time. They waited until 5:30 . Came back inside and cut the lights out. Never acknowledged that I was standing there. Very unprofessional place of business.

Showed up to buy boxes and packing stuff. Nobody was there. There was no sign on the door and no info on google updating their hours. A nice couple in the parking lot said they use this facility a bit and they always have a hard time getting ahold of someone and catching someone in the store. Bad business. Go somewhere else.

The lady that is the GM is very rude. She couldnt stop her face time call the check the truck out for my reservation.

I've rented from this location twice. Reserved online and they had everything ready when I got there. Returned after-hours and followed the instructions for taking pictures of the mileage, etc and left the keys in the box. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
