        No one acknowledged me when I tried to check in. The manager was yelling at her daughter for several minutes. I rented a furniture dolly but they didn't have one available for me. There was broken glass in the back of my truck and on the ground outside my truck. There wasn't clear direction for where to return the truck; I returned it online and parked it in the spot from which I picked it up but was told to drive it somewhere else on the lot. Everyone I talked to who worked there was rude. And then my car was blocked in when I tried to leave because there aren't clearly marked parking spaces - it is a gravel lot.
