Avis Car Rental

The worst customer service experience of a rental car company Ive came across. This branch advertises for one way and round trip rentals and when booking through an Avis representative it still allowed them to view the inventory reported and book a rental reservation. When I showed up to this location the man behind the desk had one man asking a question and told me to wait before he could say anything. This man barely looked at my reservation before he said no, were not doing that told me to check his white board that he had written No one Ways. Made zero effort to help or apologize. Zero customer service, no wonder why there are very few vehicles in the parking lot. Do not recommend going here.

I wish I could give this Avis more than 5 starts. Ive been in a rental car for 6+ months thanks to an accident I was in back in March. Leo has been so wonderful to work with. He consistently helps me find the lowest rates, reminds me when its time renew to avoid late fees, and is always available to answer any questions I may have. He has made the process as painless as possible - I cannot recommend this location enough.
