WOSRT SERVICE EVER. This is coming from someone whos never left a bad review for a company. After waiting 2 weeks for our U-Boxes to arrive they waited until the last minute to let us know that we had to reschedule to have our containers picked up. The manager was very clear that someone was supposed to reach out to me to have our pick up date rescheduled, but no one ever did. When they did load the U-Boxes they loaded the wrong ones. There was some talk about getting $50 reimbursement but that never happened. Its apparent they dont value their customers.

Terrible customer service! The first truck I received the A/C didnt work, I never even received another contract for another truck so lets start there..The owner seems to racially profile customers based on your race. He lies, is disrespectful, and talks down to people instead of talking to them with respect. Ive rented with uhaul over 10 years and definitely know 100% for sure that this location isnt a true representation of the Uhaul brand. I kept the truck an additional day due an emergency and the owner reported the truck stolen, which is unbelievable to me. When we spoke he stated he was upset b/c the truck was reserved and they couldnt fulfill that request. Thats fine to be upset but to lie and report a truck as stolen is insane to me. They picked up the truck with over $100k furniture my clients furniture inside. I believe they have some type of insurance fraud going on at this location where they lie on customers and report trucks stolen to collect insurance claim money from insurance companies. The owner has no care in the world b/c he knows exactly what hes doing. Do Not Rent from this location!!
