      image After getting approved online , I thought the store would contact me --they did not , I had to contact them. They gave me the most DIFFICULT experience. I was accused like three times of not paying for my rental when I did online (obviously I wouldn't have called to schedule a delivery). And then I was accused of not adding insurance when I did. Thennn they wanted me to email a photo of my social security number . Lol like I've NEVER had to do that with any other company before to rent something I was already APPROVED for and already ran my card for. I told The associate I'd prefer to cancel this entire order because I would rather go elsewhere for me rental. And I did. No issues , approved in 5 seconds -my rental will be here in two days . Thanks Aaron's. I have yet to see my last payment refunded.

      image They said I couldnt afford anything in my cart and told me that my order was cancelled. There was no agreement and that none of the orders were placed for delivery. Yet and still my account online still says that I do have an agreement and not only is it active it is overdue. I am so confused!!!
