Missed appointment, never called back when they promised they would two different Tims and then told me I would still have to wait an extra day after they missed appointment. Fixed the dryer but didnt mail or stop by a replacement for the knob on the timer. Acted as if someone had to be home to do so which was bs. Its a knob. To a dryer. Could have easily been mailed or tossed onto my porch. Then had to fix timer again because the part got stripped again. Paid to well to be forgotten about in such a manner.

I want to echo what everyone else on here has been saying. These people are lazy and incompetent at their jobs.I had a uninstaller cut 1 inch off the electrical line going to my dishwasher. When I pointed this out to Cabrera they instantly exclaimed that this makes the new dishwasher installation impossible without installing a new electrical box/power cord "Which we don't do". So they just got up and left...Of course they charged me the service fee.Got a second opinion an hour later and the new service said Cabrera's excuse that the line was too short made "absolutely no sense" and he installed the dishwasher in 25 minutes, spending about 2 minutes hooking up the electrical line (which fit perfectly fine)These guys will take any excuse to steal the service fee from you. I would never recommend these people for anything.
