Been coming here for a few weeks to buy plants for an opening restaurant. Ive had nothing but great experience until today . I needed assistant with snake plants , none of the associates were able to help and had to call a manager . Jaime the garden center manager was extremely rude and spoke to me as if wasnt understanding her and kept cutting me off as I spoke . I will never come to this location again . I left and went to Lowes and got what I needed and the associates were polite and had knowledge regarding plants.

Tried to reserve a tool on the website. The website does not accept any of my credits due to server errors. Tried to contact technical support but was informed home depot has not technical support. So contacted order support for my rental. They insisted that there was nothing wrong with there website ( there were status 400s preventing the transaction, there was almost nothing I could do to convince them they had software issues) and that I should go into the store. After a very labored attempt I got them to to file a support ticket. They asked me to stay on the phone to take a survey. Waited 5 minutes and never got a survey. I was also told to contact a local store to make the reservation. The store said wait till the day you want to rent it to make the reservation as they could not use their own reservation system.

Unacceptable Customer Service: Disappointed and Disgusted with Home Depot South Blvd HUGE disappointment with the abysmal service I received at Home Depot South Blvd. Recently, I encountered an issue with a charge of $773 that should have never been debited from my account in the first place. Despite countless attempts to rectify the situation, Home Depot has left me in the lurch, dangling on a thread of frustration and financial distress for over two weeks. The root of this debacle lies in a transaction that mysteriously vanished from their system, purportedly voided but somehow still managed to deduct a significant sum from my account. It's crazy that a charge that doesn't exist in their records but continues to show in my bank statement. How can a company as prominent as Home Depot allow such a gross mishap to occur and then offer no concrete solutions? My interactions with the managerial staff at Home Depot South Blvd have been a rollercoaster of emotions, swinging between moments of hopeful assistance and instances of outright rudeness. While some managers displayed empathy and attempted to assist in resolving the issue, others callously dismissed my concerns, insisting there was nothing they could do. This dismissive attitude is not only disrespectful, but emblematic of a systemic failure within the organization to prioritize customer satisfaction. What adds insult to injury is the sheer lack of urgency displayed in addressing this matter. A sum as substantial as $773 is not to take slightly; it represents hard-earned money that I am now unjustly deprived of. To be kept waiting for over two weeks without any semblance of progress or resolution is nothing short of a betrayal of trust. As a customer, I expect more from Home Depot. I expect accountability, transparency, and prompt action in remedying their mistakes. Instead, I am left feeling disrespected. It's incomprehensible how a company of such repute can fail so bad in basic customer service principles. In conclusion, my experience with Home Depot South Blvd has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their inability to rectify a simple transactional error has caused me undue stress and financial hardship I implore Home Depot to take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in their brand. Until then, I caution fellow consumers to tread carefully when entrusting their business to this establishment. And yes, I already contacted my bank and they confirmed the money was taken and deducted from my bank account. I gave a letter to HD and one of the employees talked to my bank! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
