Fast in-and-out. Maybe a 5 minute wait. Friendly. Professional. Minus one star because no Labcorp office answers their phone or returns calls. This is my go-to spot when I need tests now.

Stay away from this place!! The front desk staff (an Asian lady) was so rude. I asked my doctor to send my blood request somewhere other than LabCorp.

"I arrived at the facility at 8:50 AM and promptly checked in. After a 30-minute wait, I approached the front desk to inquire if any additional information was needed from my end. I was reassured that I would be attended to shortly. However, after waiting an additional 20 minutes with no update, I approached the desk again, at which point a different attendant informed me that they required my requisition form. I promptly emailed the form, which took approximately 15 minutes to process. Upon receipt, I was then told that due to the delay in receiving the form, I would be placed at the end of the queue, resulting in an additional 1.5-hour wait before being seen.
While I understand the necessity of having all required forms for service and am willing to accommodate waiting times as part of the process, I was disheartened by the lack of clear communication regarding the requisition form from the outset. Furthermore, the demeanor and attitude of one of the male attendants during this process were notably unsatisfactory. It's disconcerting to encounter such attitudes, especially in a professional setting where effective communication and courteous interaction are paramount.I believe this experience highlights areas for improvement in customer service and communication within your facility. Ensuring that all clients are made aware of necessary documentation at check-in and maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards clients are critical steps towards enhancing the overall customer experience.
