Selfish workers in front desk. They are very rude and they lack of worker ethics. Dont use their services in that particular location. Especially Mr. Ashok

Made appointment on line. Place is very clean and had to wait less then 5 minutes. Ashad who drew blood was very courteous and polite. will definite recommend.

The staff was actually pretty nice and forthcoming, but a waiting time of more than two hours isn't particularly great, and the secretary lacked basic knowledge of how to process my online booked appointment which caused me to wait even longer.
