Met with Yin today for a blood and urine test. You can tell she knew what she was doing. Im so glad that I took care of this while I was in New York versus taking care of it once i went back home. Total time: Barely 10mins!!!!

Very bad experience. There was no one in the room when I came. Went to find someone and heard the sound of people playing games and laughing but no one was responding to me. Finally got attended by Samantha, but she was very cold and impolite. When I asked her if I need to take off my coat, she answered "you haven't got blood drawn before? Yes I am going to draw your blood through your coat" with a very condescending tone. Ignored my questions of how many tubes of blood will be drawn , and then put on her gloves by touching the tip and middle part of the gloves. Before that she was using her hands touching papers, computer and printer.
