Bad service and refuse to help even my bill is paid off from my insurance but is not being updated by quest.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst experience ever!! The staff was rude, very slow, and had no sympathy whatsoever. I went with my children and they just seemed like they didnt want to deal with my kids and brushed us off because we were walk ins. Which we werent aware of since our pediatrician sent over referrals and said an appointment wasnt needed. The lady said no our cut off time is 12:20 and we got lots of work to do and I am going to leave here by 1:00. Keep in mind, there was only 1 appointment left (1person in the waiting area with an appointment). ANDDD we were already waiting for over an hour Literally go to any other Quest center! These people hate their jobs!
