Quest Diagnostics Brooklyn Church Avenue

Why make an appointment online, arrive early, check-in, only to sit and wait for 45 minutes. The waiting room is crowded, theres only one person working. My name disappears off of the waiting list suddenly after 25 minutes, and Im told I need to now wait another half hour. Dirty neighborhood, disgusting experience. I walked out and went to my own doctor.

They make their own lunch break and come back whenever they feel like. They take more than 1 hour break really bad customer service for patients who can't wait outside.

The staff that works is very bad, I had my appointment (11:15 to 11:30) arrived 11:22 and they did not want to let me pass because they were already closing. What service is that? The lady literally ran me off.

Was running late so the check in process moved me to a walk in. I checked in with that section and it told me to wait outside. 15 minutes later it tells me they're ready for me. Great, I head in and I have to sign in as a walk in. Why did I waste my time outside? Reception was friendly but a simple oh sorry about that, or the system is glitching, would have worked for me.

Made an appointment and got seen really quick. The nurse was nice and very clean. Based on the reviews I thought it was going to be bad but overall I had a good experience at this location!
