I was hesitant to go all the way down to Chinatown from Flatiron. I called in advance & the guy at the desk was very nice so i made my way down. He was very polite, quick & patient. Helpful as he reminded me to bring my Drs. prescription.

Just went there for the first time today and it was the best lab experience I've had in my several decades of getting lab work done regularly in NYC. There was no wait time, the office was clean and the person at the front desk was really nice and skilled. The office was easy to find because it was marked on the big board to the immediate right when I walked into the building, and then on the 4th floor there was signage right when you get off the elevator. I'm not quite sure what another reviewer was talking about when she mentions that the office smells like seafood? Odd. Anyway, another great thing about this office is it's open on weekends. I normally go to another Enzo but I will likely start going to this one from now on.
