    This is a Location of Bioreference Labs. First of all, I want to say the woman working there is very nice and this review is in no way a reflection of her work or care. She is doing her best, but the company managing this location is clearly extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. They have one woman working there who has to manage the front desk AND all the bloodwork/lab tests, so shes literally bouncing back and forth between checking people in, handling the insurance, and actually doing the phlebotomy work. Imagine if someone had a medical emergency in the process? In the past when Ive gone to a lab for blood work Ive been in and out in 15 minutes. This took an hour and a half. Again, not her fault at all, shes in an impossible position. Bioreference Labs, we know what you charge insurance companies for basic lab tests. Pony up the cash and hire a dedicated front desk associate or phlebotomist to properly and responsibly divide the responsibilities here. Update- they never even sent my results to my doctor, I had to log into their website and download/send myself

    I go to this location because they are so fast on STAT results since they have their own lab, Love it as I need testing results most of the time as STAT. Pretty fast even when busy, I have been to other Bioreference locations and this is definitely the best and fastest one I have used. Thank you !! Recommend it!

    Poorly run unprofessional office. I arrived for a schedule early morning appointment only to find that there 5 people ahead of me, some of whom did not have a scheduled appointment, yet they get ahead of me. I was told I would have to wait. I left. Avoid this company. Go to Lennox Hill on East 77th.
