        So I just visited this location with my mother, she needed help with her account. Well between this location being understaffed (no reason to wait longer than 5 minutes on a week day). And the personnel being not prepared for issues that seems so complicated that they look clueless. Its completely obvious that next time she needs help with something, I will have to just call their support center.
