        While closing at 6pm at Grand Central Station makes no sense, would it hurt anyone to put the store hours on either of the doors? Basic. Not difficult to do. Lazy and thoughtless for not doing so. Thank you, Verizon Wireless.

        Erick was so patient & relentless in getting my deceased Mother's Apple Watch synced to my phone.It never would've happened without his expert assistance! I was ready to give up & he kept saying, "No, let's try this."

        Had a wonderful experience with the Manager, Michael today! I woke up this morning and my phone randomly said "Invalid SIM" and "SOS Only." Obviously I freaked out and went to Verizon expecting it to cost money and to take forever. Much to my surprise it was free and took 5 mins! Super easy and painless. Will definitely come back to this location next time!

        Rude, condescending, unhelpful.  If there were negative stars I would give the staff there that rating.  Try to find another place to do business.I called Verizon Customer Service and everything was handled within 5 minutes with an explanation.
