Came here to add my iPad to my husband's Verizon phone service. I was helped right away and the salesperson went out of his way to let my husband know of other offers that he was eligible for but unaware of.

I was helping an older friend move his 3 devices from (...) to Verizon as his original service provider had terrible coverage where he lives in upstate NY This was a nightmare of a situation as even with my best efforts I still didn't know all the specifics of his (...) previous service provider, no paper or online bills available. He was probably being overcharged for a service that was definitely subpar. Even my Google Fi service was better in his area. Both voice and for sure data, at 128 baud speed if you know what this means. The staff who took care of us, Kimberly to be specific, went over and beyond the call of duty to help us figure out the optimal phones and plans, and to get the necessary provider transfer authorizations figured out, even as we didn't have some of the key information available. Kudos also to the back office who helped behind the scenes.
