Poor service and werent able to provide pricing options for me. They seemed like they could care less about getting business.

The staff member checking people in with the iPad was rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I had a simple issue and there was no effort to try to help me whatsoever. A truly poor experience, especially as a new Verizon customer.

I had a really good experience at the store tonight. The associate who helped me was Gerard. He was so clear and so fast to give me the information that I needed. He also helped me set up my new phone very thoroughly. I got a chance to talk to some of the other associates, and they are all great, in my opinion. Just as the store was about to close, I saw a customer come in, who was very demanding and disrespectful. The Verizon associates were very respectful and clear with him, even though he was just way off base. I felt very inspired by how they were dealing with this narcissist. Having spent some time with these associates, I really do believe that they are there to do their best work and give the best service possible. Ideally, it seems like it would be best to make an appointment to come into the store. This is because, they really do want to take the time to handle all the customer concerns without keeping people waiting. Honestly, this is now one of my favorite stores on the upper west side. I never thought I would say that!

I went into this location twice in 3 days (not their fault, don't ask) and interacted with 3 separate associates. I was floored that each of them was as knowledgable, warm and engaging as the other. 3 superstars out of 3 is rare in this age of global stress. The manager hiring at this location has a great eye for good human beings. I'm in!

Im never buying from this store again. Bad customer service. The staff is very pushy . I went to buy a cellphone and the salesperson tried to sell me accessories that I didnt ask for . He also wanted me to buy a device for the car. He wouldnt take no for an answer. Now on I go to the Apple Store and I dont have this issue.
