Verizon

I had an appointment at 6pm. I showed up right on time. The guy before me had an appointment at 5 but he showed up late. They still took him and then proceeded to tell me (the one who actually showed up on time) that they werent sure if they were going to be able to get to me. I understand w everyone is short staffed right now but they should really try to honor their appointments or At least give the customer a call to let them know they arent going to be able to take them so we dont waste or gas or time. Very disappointing

My family and I had wonderful service from Don at this location. Even though the wait was long (busy Saturday) he took great care of us and explained everything in great detail. We left with what we needed and a little more! Thanks for the amazing customer care, Don!! That store is lucky to have you!

I have had so many mixed feelings about Verizon in general since I first signed up for their service back in May 2021. I have very much enjoyed their home wifi service in the past, and have heard great thing about their contract mobile services, so I took a chance, and a BIG chance at that, switching from my prepay phone service of the past five years to Verizon's post pay mobile. Well, unfortunately things were very confusing from the start, and mistakes were made on their part, confirmed by Verizon's own customer service team. When first signing up, I originally wanted to stay with prepaid service, and bought a new Samsung Galaxy S9 with a month of $50.00 prepay service through Verizon's online website. The phone DID come rather quickly in the mail, 2 day shipping is one of their perks, but along with my refurbished phone, a post pay contract, service agreement paperwork, and new sim cards, yes multiple cards, came in the mail as well. I made the mistake of acting impulsively out of excitement for trying something new, immediately installed the sim card into my new Galaxy, and continued to set up the new phone. By this time, it was obvious a mix up occured somewhere during my sign up, because I immediately was connected to Verizon's network but without going through the process of using my already purchased prepaid airtime card, which still sits in my inbox to this very day.

Nice shop. I was disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. They weren't overtly rude, they just thought their personal gossip and opinions about other customers was more important than the customer in front of them.
