Beautiful Downtown Binghamton's river view from Tompkins street Bridge.

Mostly offices, nothing of any historic value, there is no facility for tourism. Nothing to do here but walk outside and take photos.

Great, quiet and amazing park

Went there for Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, loved petting all the animals, goody bag, food, drinks, and raffles. Fun time.
