Comfort Inn Binghamton I-81

If I could leave less than a 1 star for service, I would. The girl at the front desk was BEYOND rude and unprofessional. We are choice privileges members and use these hotels for business all the time. Something in the reservation got messed up. Instead of having a professional mannerism the girl at the desk proceeded to belittle and literally start yelling at us. We ended up in a room that we did not reserve, the room was absolutely disgusting, sheets were dirty, shower was filthy and evidence of bed bugs. Needless to say, we are now staying at the Fairfield down the road. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20.00 for the Fairfield and STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

I have been traveling on the road most of my life and im 56. Ive stayed at comfort inn and suites for years. Ive been a Diamond reward member for the past 12 yrs. Never have I met such an inconsiderate, rude and uneducated person as the female counter person at this motel. Due to a mix up with reservations i was charged twice and she belittled us telling my wife the card we paid with had insufficient funds. The room was paid for prior to getting to the motel. When I got to the motel i had reserved a king size bed. She refused to give us what we reserved because her contractors got those rooms. We ended up in a filthy room with 2 dbl beds. I told her exactly what i thought about her. She had the cops remove us at 10 pm. I hope corperate does the right thing when i call them. This lady is the worst at customer service

Room looked "tired."Nice, bright lobby, breakfast was good with adequate selection. We booked a Tuesday night, not very busy BUT they put us in room next to fitness room that opened at 6am and was being used at 6am...we should have moved but were tired from long day of driving. We stayed in comfort inn in Hillsville VA. They spoiled us with exceptional service, a welcome snack, a hot tub (104) and heated pool, coffee tea and hot chocolate, lemon and orange water available 24hours, a great breakfast with too many options, and a grab bag at checkout!
