    I went on trip and during the week they had very good costumer service.The rooms were also very nice and clean.The people were very nice and I will definitely recommend this to stay for another trip or vacation.:)

    Never again, I put reservation. They messed up my reservations to another hotel. I did not put reservations for. Charge me a $189. I have not gotten my refund back. Because of their mistakes that is not fair. I cannot afford that kind of money to lose. I am disable and it has been 3 and a 1/2. Still trying to get my money back that they messed up. They need to have people that can talk proper. The rabbithe representative that took my information for my reservation. Got very rude and disrespectful. Every time I try to call to get my money back. They have no problem taking my money. And they do not want to replace my funds that they have to get out of my account. And I am still had a hard time to try to get a $189 back. That they owe me cause. I did not put a reservation at a hothey made the mistake and I got to suffer for it. I am disabled of veteran. This is how you treat me so everybody do not use the red roof air

    This place deserves a much higher rating on google to reflect the improvements that were clearly done in recent years. The people at the reception are genuinely nice and helpful. The place is extremely clean in all areas . I looked into my room for nooks and crannies that could be unclean and there werent any . The rooms are updated along with all the furniture. The carpet in the corridor was freshly cleaned and without smell. Along the common areas the heat was set high . I will be a repeat customer and anyone thinking to book should ignore older reviews that describe a completely different place than the one I visited. Walkability: Excellent walkability to nearby convenience store and McDonalds
