        We took a room that evening, room 131. As soon as I put my handbag on the table, there was a bedbug crawling on it. There were so many of them that there were some on the walls. I took my bag back hand and distributed immediately and we will never reimburse this hotel again and I recommend it to anyone. Very unsanitary. If I could give a rating of less than 0 I would.

        The receptionist turned away a family of 5 that had nowhere to go on the coldest day of the year! (Because my husband had I'd and my I'd is a new york state issued benefits card for id) she was a capital C from the get go!
