Warren is the greatest! Edit: the staff are still amazing. Always happy and helpful. But you do need to clear your schedule if you want to use this bank. Maybe they need to hire more people. Honestly, it's probably quicker to get a job, save up, buy a small building, file for a banking corp license and apply for FDIC insurance than to go here. ATM is always down. Actually kept my card once, had to get a new one. I have spent hours of my life in this place. I only see green now.

Horrible bank. I once had an account with TD Bank many years ago and I closed it within one week because of the customer service. Fast forward almost 20 years I now have TD Bank for the homeowners association bank account I'm on the board. We attempted to open up this account every time that the board members went to sign we were told everything was complete yet we get another email or a phone call saying that something was forgotten and that we need to go back and sign again. Nobody ever answers the phone at this Bank ever on my last visit I asked why nobody answers the phone and they said they're usually too busy to answer the phone. When I go in person to sign the paperwork they're also too busy they're very understaffed. This is now my third attempt to go and get more paperwork signed which means I have to take time off of my job to go do this because TD Bank has failed three times to get all the paperwork together that was needed so I can sign everything at one time but now the board members need to take three separate journeys to the bank. I just left the bank after being told they're too busy and I need to sit down and somebody would call me when they were able to help. I just came back from getting blood work done after fasting all night I refuse to waste any more time sitting waiting at TD Bank wasting my time having to wait for them after I've already been there three separate times to do this. I recommend using any other bank besides this Bank and especially this branch. I don't know how many people need to complain about this Branch for TD corporate to actually do something about it but I've also reached out to to TD corporate and I'm waiting for a return phone call because whoever manages this specific location should probably be fired because this is not their calling find a job that you're more suited for because this isn't it.
