Excellent branch Pat manager really nice guy . All the tellers as well take care of whatever you need. Being disabled not having to wait is a plus also.

I went in for a simple need and Jeanette was so rude and seemed so bothered that she had to help me that I was taken aback. During the entire transaction she talked down to me, even asking if I even had a debit card to this bank. As if I went to the wrong bank to do this transaction. Im not sure what the problem was but she seemed to absolutely hate the fact that I needed help.

Yesterday on my way to work , I passed the branch on Jamaica Blvd. no one was at the drive thru, so I decided to pull up and make a quick deposit of $50.00. I passed the money, deposit slip and ID to the teller. Next to me another customer pulls up and passed her transaction over. Well, next thing I noticed was the teller passing the receipt to the person who came after me. I inquired as to why the other person was taken ahead of me. The answer I got was her transaction was quick. What is quicker or easier than a $50.00 deposit. I am never using the drive thru again. Terrible service.
