        Complete cluster of a company. Sure they can get you a loan and do what you went there for, but what a nightmare if you ever need help with anything. I gave my ss number, name, address, security questions, pretty much every single thing you can ask for, just to reset my online banking password. Well they wanted my account number that I was told was in the folder they give you at the office for your visit. Yeah that was 2 years ago I dont have that. So now I have to drive all the way to the office to get my account number when they have pretty much every demographic about me from the phone call. Ridiculous

        Just deposited a check and atm took forever to process. Cant even deposit it through the app cause it wouldnt log me in even if I put in the right password

        The banks itself is ok, but the mobile app OMG what a disaster! It rarely works. Can never "valid" me, so I change my password. It works for a day and then I have to start the process all over again. Meanwhile my password works fine on a regular desktop. Makes ZERO sense.
