I made an appointment with
Lou for 10am, he called at 9am said come in at 11am which in turn
I did!!However a teller told

You can help this customer which was me, why do
I as a customer gets treated like a second class person, when my son and
I bank their we only work with
Lou due to certain circumstances!!
Why the lady and her son get special treatment!!
I do understand that a customer can take longer but
I was willing to wait for
Lou, had no say.
Felt very disappointed and disrespectful.
