        I have been a customer of TD Bank since, well, it was called Commerce Bank... In other words for a long time. They just changed their hours. they were "America's Most Convenient Bank" Now, they are definitely not. They cur their hours drastically. They now close at 5 or 6 pm weekdays, open for only 4 hours Saturdays and 3 hours Sundays. (See my pic of the line of people waiting to see the teller on my trip today to this bank branch in Atlantic City.) It is ridiculous. They also changed their checking account fees which can be quite hefty if you go below your plans monetary balance. At this time i do not recommend this bank. Sorry.

        Worst customer service ever! This office hired a bunch of incompetent staffs, I cant remember her name, but this Indian woman was no help at all and wasted an hour of my time. I first went to the counter then was directed to customer service and that person was also no help. Will not recommend this office. Id find out the Indian womans name and complain to corporate.
