        This bank is unbelievable I came to td bank to cash my check where I have my account at, forgot my wallet at home where I have my id and bank card in which they refused to cash my check. Every time I come here, its always a problem. Employees are so rude, I guess I will be closing my account at td bank and finding another bank with better customer service.

        There are never managers to assist you, coming always means waiting at least half an hour, they have 6 desks for managers and they always have a maximum of two. Why do they have customer service hours until 5 in the afternoon if after 1pm there are no longer any workers who can assist you?

        This bank is trash customer sucks tellers are rude and they just ignore long lines stood in line for 30 minutes not one person was seen.
