Wells Fargo Bank

This is the worst bank I have every had the displeasure of dealing with , the manager is in compassionate and inconsiderate. they don't know what their doing, They have you sit for 90 minutes to open a safe deposit box, then tell you that you can't use it until your next visit, I truly dislike this branch, I contacted corporate concerning the way my mother and I were treated by the Manager, and of course they did nothing, they never side with the customer, my mother is in her eighties and after sitting there for 90 minutes we asked if we could use the restroom, the Manager said No, and pointed to the friendleys restaurant and told us we could go and use their restroom. my mother has a bladder issue, I told this to the Manager, but she said theirs is for employees only, but a few months back a banker named John who had previously worked there had no problem with her using the restroom.they need more people like him.

The wait time to get help here is always terrible. Try to see someone at the desk is an hour wait

Only 2 tellers on a Saturday 13 people on line inside All drive thru windows are closed Wells Fargo in silverton is closed on Saturday Poor way to do business. Tellers should get bonuses for working Saturday here
