Understaffed and I understand the banks tellers are doing the whole custumer service, but it would be ideal to hire someone to direct the customers and answer questions. This customer had a question and only 2 tellers were working on a Friday afternoon. Both tellers closed their windows to answer this customer's questions which took approximately 5mins maybe more, but who's counting when you have to leave to work. So by then, the line was getting very long to the point where people were waiting outside. Manager no where to be found to assess the situation. This customer was cutting the line and the security guard didn't say anything while customers were like you have to get to the back of the line. Very weird situation. The AtM omg so disgusting and smells so bad. I gave a 2 star because of the tellers really, they are trying to help.

I had no issue withdrawing my money, however there was a homeless person sleeping inside the atm booth area, and it smelled horrible. It made me feel very unsafe withdrawing money and uncomfortable having to smell

Excellent service and very attentive staff, I have had bad experiences in other banks and I even went with my doubts, but it exceeded all my expectations, if you want good treatment in customer service, request DHARIANY VALERRIO, Excellent explained everything step by step And what can we say about her human treatment, a 20 out of 10, the bank should recognize that young woman for work excellence without anything else to add, a 100% satisfied client says goodbye
