      image I was at this TD Bank branch yesterday and had an excellent customer service experience!!! First, there was a person in the lobby directing folks to the right location and making sure everyone had what they needed for an speedy visit. I met with branch manager, Kevin, who was the perfect model of EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, demonstrating his ability to handle complex customer situations. Thank you!
