        The front staff is great but they need extra help. This neighborhood is growing and needs more practitioners. Not just one on the weekend. Its not fair to the patients or your front staff. And then for them to call and ask for help and not to get is a complete breakdown in the management. When you do that it affects the care you are able to give to those patients that need to be seen. Do better not just for your patients but also for you support staff they are the ones who bear the front of the patients when they are sick and tired of waiting for hours to be seen
