Front desk staff were Great! Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse was great, the doctor was great, I should have went to this place a long time ago!

I've been going here for a couple of years now and is by far the best urgent care I've been to. Usually a short wait and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Big kudos to Kim who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Thank You, Kim!!! But of course everyone feels their issue is more important than anyone elses. Can't please everyone.

Sat in the waiting room while the front staff was on the phone for 20 minutes and they paid 0 attention to me. And then someone came in after me and they were taken back before I was!!! She asked me to hold so she could make a phone call and sat on the phone for 20 minutes! So annoying!!!

My doctor left this Intermountain facility in January of this year. I am on medication for diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and I am a cancer survivor over 65yrs of age. I called today for an appointment and a young lady named Shanunte assisted me. She was rude and told me I could not get an appointment until June 2024. She also told me all the other facilities would be in the same position, not being able to offer me an appointment until next year. Do not choose this practice or facility if you need to see a doctor.

Terrible place. I went for a sore throat and a lot of cough and the doctor there recommended counter omg medication.
