Staff here is horrible. Came in today because my son had an ear infection. Had to sit 2 hours in our car waiting then an hour in the waiting room. I was patient to the point where just wasnt acceptable anymore. We were called in after being told the doctor was ready to see us, only to sit another hour in the waiting room with my son in total pain. After the doctor came in I kid you not it was less then 5 minutes. She confirmed he has an ear infection, prescribed the antibiotics we needed and we were well on our way. The staff needs to learn how to better communicate with doctors and get better orchestrated when dealing with patients
