Went to this location almost a year ago. The lady at the check in, wearing Minute Clinic shirt, told me the visit cost $35, and I proceeded to be seen. I told the NP that I dont have insurance, so please dont do anything that cost extra. Today I received a bill of $184. I feel scammed, go at your own risk.

The nurse practitioner and the other nurse available were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I don't usually write bad reviews cause every business has bad days but this is the second time something like this has happened to me. Both times I made an appointment online, confirmed my appointment and came in on time to said appointment. Both times they told me I wasn't in their system and that sometimes the system will cancel and remove an appointment. I wish I would've known that before coming all the way here. No notice of cancel or anything. Then they had the audacity to tell me to try to make another appointment. I do it all over again and then again it gets canceled again. No sympathy from the "doctors" I've been sick for 4 days and worked 3 12 hour shift for that whole time, My birthday is on Tuesday and still no sympathy to try and get me in due to an error on their system not on my end. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I for one will never be trying to come here again.
