I asked them to send my prescription to the closest pharmacy, as I've just moved back to the area. They didn't send it to the closest pharmacy, and the one they did send it to doesn't take my insurance. Had they sent it to the closest, I wouldn't have had to wait only for the pharmacy to tell me they couldn't help me. Then when I called back I asked them to send it as soon as possible, and asked me the cross street of the target (across the street from them) and put me on hold before I could tell her. She then proceeded to take me off hold and said she had sent it, and I said ok so it's there right now? She proceeded by asking me the address of the target/cvs and then informing me that she hadn't sent it, and she wouldn't do so until we got off the phone. I had to wait 30 more minutes for it to be sent over.

We have been going to Dr. Kalra for years. She listens to our issues and gives a fair diagnosis. If anything, she will definitely send out to specialists and will try to diagnose from there. Had it not been for her, we would have not found my thyroid cancer.
