Hampton Inn Billings

Everything at this location was just spot on! Their pantry had something for everyone, and the staff was super helpful. I would recommend taking advantage of the sausage stick offered at check-in. They are a delicious local product. The rooms were super clean, and the breakfast spread was nice, with fresh fruit.

I come here once a month yearly for work. The staff has always been friendy. Kim is a real big help and a great addition to the team. If I run into any small problem I can count on her to help and has vast knowledge of Billings. So when you stay ask for Kim.

Just got out of the hospital for some complications that we got under control. Thank the Lord. Hit up this hotel, and the staff was fantastic. Shout out to Kim. You truly impress me with your customer service skills and sympathy for the current situation. The stay was decent. I wasn't a huge fan of the bed. Seemed to be a little firmer for my liking. The room was clean However the price of rooms these days are shocking. $140 a night should Merritt a better experience in the rooms. I couldn't even sleep cause the mattress personally. Overall 4 stars

Place is disgusting. The bathroom was filthy and they don't clean behind the beds or clean the air filters. The GM insisted it's normal to have the flilth in that room and suggested my standards were to high. Don't waste your money it's not a real Hampton Inn
