They double charged us took almost 2 months to get the money back from the second charge

Someone booked a room through Expedia for me. I wasn't able to make it the first day, so I was told my reservation was canceled. The desk clerk was very friendly and advised on how the second night should be refunded by expedia and how to go about it. Expedia contacted the hotel and asked for the hotel to refund the two nights, but that was not the instruction. I called and spoke with Ashley, the general manager, who took that call. Once I explained the situation, she was clear on how to handle Expedia. She was very friendly and was instrumental in having Expedia refund the funds due to the cancelation. I really appreciate this type of customer service. Both women were very professional and kind. I did have a look at a room while I was there and can say it was not very clean, and when the heat kicked on, there was a terrible odor. But, since I didn't end up spending the night, I can't give a thorough review.

They asked for a $250 cash deposit and asked me to sign a release form for the cash deposit for only $200. I asked for a corrected form that says $250, but I was told that's all they had. I asked to pay the stated $200, and I was told no. I asked to cancel and they gave me a bad attitude about it. I don't recommend this place for their poor business practices.
