        So pricelines website kicked mt date to the end of the month and I immediately caught it and called them. They said there is nothing they can do tonight. We'll come to find out the next morning then booked me not only for the end of the month, they booked me for the day I was supposed to stay and I didn't know about this until this morning. So priceline contacted comfort inn and suites in billings Montana and they said they will not refund me my money almost 300 dollars. This is absolutely ridiculous. And it's theft. The manager for the comfort inn is ridiculous and should be investigated for theft. How can you take someone's money who number 1 didn't stay there and number 2 priceline filled the wrong date. Why would it skip to the end of them month when not selected? This is not the first time for this either. If anything it should select the day of. I have never in my seen such garbage.

        Absolutely filthy with no cleaning for the 5 days we stayed. The trash wasn't even taken out in our rooms in that amount of time, even after asking for cleaning to be done.

        Place was absolutely filthy. If it werent for the fact that our family of 5 was exhausted from our travel we would have left. They booked us in to a room that was already occupied so we walked in on other guests. Sheets werent even changed on the sofa bed. Sex stains all over couch and blankets. Room wasnt vacuumed. Bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast has just a few items out so we went elsewhere to eat. They didnt seem to care at the front desk. I wish they would have done the right thing and refunded us.

        Rooms are disgusting , not clean hair all over. Rug is filthy and needed vacuuming. Most disgusting place Ive ever stayed. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels, but Ive never had an experience like this. This place should be turned into a health inspection. Staff came knocking at our doors to get out. They want to clean 7:30 am . I recommend nobody ever staying at this place again. It should get shut down. ASAP
