        They told me upon checkout that I would not be charged. I got home to see I was charged in full. When I called to dispute the charge, the lady told me that the person working the front desk isn't allowed to make decisions, and that they couldn't refund my money. They said even though the employee said they could refund my money, they said they won't because the employee was wrong. If you don't know how to train people, that's not my fault. If your employee makes a promise, and you choose to not deliver, it's pretty shady.

        Had a nice stay here with my family. The beds were so comfortable. The rate was reasonable. The Breakfast was simple, but good with different options.
