I had a nightmare of a reservation at the Motel 6 across the street. Amy at the front desk was so very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and the staff was nice. Stayed for three nights and will stay again whenever we are in the area. Thank you, Amy for being so helpful!
Rooms: Clean and spacious.

Not sure how pet friendly it actually is. I mentioned my 2 cats at check in and was told it was fine but to not let them be seen?
When I had to medicate my cats, I learned there was a tiny gap under the beds for them to hide under.
In the morning I had to lift the beds onto their sides to get my cats back in their carriers. Thankfully I'm traveling with a friend who was able to help me put everything back as we found it.
I didn't stop by the breakfast counter on my way out, the moment I left the room I smelled burnt food and lost interest.
Rooms: Cats can get under the beds, it's a tiny gap so you have to lift the bed to try to reach them

The service was tolerable, but the rest of the stay was a nightmare. The room and the bed were covered in hair, the bathroom door didn't lock, you could hear every noise in the hallway, the door handle to the room was so loose I thought it might fall apart. Dogs barking at all hours of the night, there's no reason it should cost more than 20$.

The first night my Nana stayed in the hotel, the heater didn't work, she and my uncle froze all night. The lady that works up front in the evenings comped their room for a second night, only for the "owner" to say that it wasn't comped and that they have to pay $85 for the night. He called the police and even took down my license plate number as he was harassing my Nana and my uncle, telling them that no rooms can be comped and that they're thieves. DO NOT stay here! I never met someone so money-hungry in my entire life!!!!

They were great at first but then I was charged my cc they had on file even though I wasn't staying there anymore. They did nothing to reimburse me! I had to cancel my bank card.
