No views, staff is not informative I got a jacuzzi tub but it seems nobody from the front desk or housekeeping doesnt know how to turn it on either. There is no view other back alley and shes of buildings. It is located between some nice diners. I would say the rooms are kept up okay from housekeeping. The place is just old and needs updated

We've stayed here several times because of the location. We also like the room set up with the slider between the two bedrooms. However, the cleanliness is lacking more and more with each visit. The rooms don't have microwaves which is so strange and inconvenient. Stella's is good but always busy. The rates are high considering how dirty the rooms have started to become.

Great front desk staff and my room was perfect! It's downtown so parking is tight, but the free breakfast at Stella's is totally worth it! Nearby activities: Lots of good restaurants downtown. We were able to walk to many of them.

We stayed here last July, mostly because of location. People were smoking outside our room, which is basically in an alleyway where there are people wandering constantly, unattached to the hotel. People were looking into hotel room windows, which obviously made us quite uncomfortable. Our water went out in the morning. Couldn't shower. Had to brush our teeth with what was left in our water bottle. They offered us using someone else's bathroom on the main campus, and we were reimbursed $15 for the inconvenience. Wouldn't really recommend. 2 stars instead of 1, because they're dog friendly and gave our dog a treat bag.

We travel with our dogs often so you all were very very accommodating. Thank you! Rooms: Rooms were very clean and met our needs with pets Nearby activities: Lot of different activities around. We did not go anywhere other than a nearby restaurant. Safety: Got up with dogs at various times of night and for a Saturday night it was very quiet. Walkability: Easy walking to places to eat. Food & drinks: Plenty of good quality restaurants within walking distance
